The Forge
Got up, took things slow, promised myself at least that much. Started what is likely to be the last of the Mixville series today—titled The Forge.
Basic idea I had going into this was that I wanted to continue off, at least spiritually, exactly where we were at the end of the last book. Many moments in previous books parallel today’s passages, where there is an important baseball game, and for the sake of saving any unnecessary spoilers for you—(as the previous books will probably make you excited to see the game unfolding when you read this part again)—here are the pages.
Ten pages is what I promise myself, every day. Today is a day of rest. Tomorrow, likely too. Monday however I will ramp this up again, and bring this one home by the end of next week, for sure.
All my best,
W.V.Carleton
