30-Day Mental Diet Challenge
Replace negative thought patterns in service to your Highest Good.
Starting tomorrow morning I shall begin a 30-Day mental diet, as instructed in this podcast. Tomorrow will begin with a new form of podcast (still walking and talking in the woods) however it will be entirely focused on positive thoughts. Anytime I slip, I must admit it on recording, or write it down. By the end of this year—the resolution to improve in all areas of life in 2023 will be backed by this solid primer.
Do this if you’re seeking significant permanent life change.
Leave feedback of your progress (including challenges and setbacks) in the comments. And please consider taking part for the expansion of human consciousness and our future generations who need a series of big wins now to live the life they deserve.
It will greatly benefit you.
More on this in the recording, which includes a moment of Darshan (the presence of God manifest) that brought me to my knees in prayer today. I’ve never been moved to this point in my life.
Following today’s walk, in a long drive with my father, he made the simplest and most beautiful suggestion about what I could do with my writing. For nearly 15 years I’ve been fascinated with fermentation sciences, from brewing beer, to distillation, and pickling. And I love to cook. So the next project which is to be announced soon, is in alignment with the enjoyment of flavors and luxurious things. Like beer. I understand this is not for everyone, and that’s why it will be a supplemental blog to Immortal Type. I must do something with this, as it’s something I love, and I must say someone who I consider a new friend, who understands her relationship to God with more clarity than any woman I know—she suggested there might be some message God is trying to tell me as far as how I may use the skills I’ve been developing for years. Turns out she was right. My father reinforced this very fact on our long drive today. Made it so clear what the next leap of faith shall be. More to come on that, very soon.
First we have to get this series of books completed, and formatted for publishing. I’m learning now how to do this, and part of my newfound expression with illustration is to prepare myself for the design challenges.
I want it to pop out and not be too distracting for the reader. I want it to look beautiful. I want it to read perfect. I’m building the ship and steering it through the ocean at the same time. It’s a strange voyage—or perhaps it’s just new to me. Have to admit I kind of enjoy the challenge of getting past things that used to stop me in my tracks—like the idea of an illustration. Was so foreign to me just a year ago. And this last year has been the learning of that instrument, and I’m obsessed. Still very intimidated by the vastness of this new world—but all the same very thrilled to be in these waters. So once Book Seven is wrapped this week, I’ll get the cover design done, and make some little embellishments inside—as best I can. Just try and make it a pleasant experience for you, the reader. I can tell you this is the fastest I’ve ever written books in my life—and it’s been a wild ride. From my calculation it’s been about a month since I started this series. Seven books in a month is insanity. They are 50,000 words each.
It’s taught me that anyone can make and publish a book easily. I wish to show you how to do this. I’m imagining a tutorial. What do you think? Should I just write it out with photos? That sounds like work. Maybe a live chat? With an example from the livestream itself? For example: I can speak to you, and record my voice, and pop it into Apple Transcribe and then cut and paste that into Notes, and we’re just about done with a book if we do about five sessions like this at one hour per session. Maybe six sessions. We’re talking for every well-narrated hour of audio tape you can expect around 8,500 words. That’s at a normal speaking pace. With pauses and reflections that can be slowed for dramatic effect. I’m thinking lots of people stream for several hours at a time. Within a single Video-On-Demand (VOD) a streamer is sitting on a book. Without realizing it. So I wish to explore this with you—and show you how I am doing it—and after I wrap this series I wish to take this adventure into the Joy of Book Writing with you. This can become a regular exercise that’s incredible for sharpening the intellect. It will remove your fear of public speaking. You will learn how to meditate. You will learn how to surrender to the power that delivers the words you seek, every time, without fail. I wish to show you how to receive these words properly, with little to no error or utterance of a single verbal pause.
This is all so beautiful. I am filled with excitement for you in all of your endeavors. You have so much light to offer this world. People are starving for it, and what better way to their hearts than through food. I see them walking away from you with a slice of life. You truly have the ability to touch the lives of others in a life changing way. I speak from direct experience. God bless you.
